Refund Policy

Your receipt identifies the seller that charged you. Use the matching route below so your cancellation or refund request reaches the party able to process it.

1. Scope

This policy applies to purchases of Noma Pro and other digital Noma products. It explains the difference between cancelling a recurring subscription and requesting money back for a completed charge. It does not govern a hotel, flight, activity, transport, or other travel purchase made with a third party linked from Noma; the seller's own cancellation and refund rules apply to those purchases.

2. Cancellation is not a refund

Cancelling stops future renewals. Unless the seller or applicable law says otherwise, you keep access until the end of the period already paid for and the completed charge is not automatically refunded. Deleting the Noma app or your Noma account does not cancel a subscription administered by an app store or payment provider. Cancel through the store account, receipt link, or billing portal used for the purchase.

3. Purchases billed by Apple

Apple controls billing, cancellation, eligibility, and refunds for purchases shown on your receipt as billed by Apple. Noma cannot issue an App Store refund directly. Sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com, choose “Request a refund,” select the Noma purchase, and submit the reason. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Apple's decision, processing time, and applicable Apple Media Services terms govern the request.

4. Purchases billed by Google Play

Google controls refunds for purchases shown on your receipt as billed by Google Play. Request a refund using Google Play's refund flow and manage or cancel the subscription in Google Play subscriptions. If Google directs you to the developer, email hello@nomatravel.xyz with the Google Play order number, account email, purchase date, and reason. Do not send full payment-card details.

5. Web purchases billed by Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. In this statement, “all our orders” means orders presented through a Paddle checkout, not purchases made through Apple or Google. When a web receipt identifies Paddle as the seller or merchant of record, Paddle processes the payment, cancellation, tax, and refund. Use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in the Paddle email, or visit paddle.net and choose the refund or cancellation option. Under Paddle's published policy, transactions are generally non-refundable unless law requires a refund, the product is materially defective or not delivered, or Paddle grants a discretionary refund. Paddle says it may consider a discretionary request made within 14 days of the transaction; submitting within 14 days does not guarantee approval.

Consumers in some locations have statutory withdrawal periods or additional rights. Paddle applies those rights according to the place of purchase and its current Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. Where Noma agrees that a Paddle refund should be issued, Paddle—not Noma—returns the payment to the buyer.

6. Purchases billed directly by Noma

If a receipt identifies Noma—not Apple, Google, or Paddle—as the seller, email hello@nomatravel.xyz within 14 days of the charge with the account email, receipt or transaction identifier, purchase date, and reason. Unless mandatory law gives you a refund right, digital access already delivered is non-refundable, but we may approve a full or partial refund after considering access, usage, duplicate billing, non-delivery, a material defect, and the circumstances of the request.

7. Technical problems, non-delivery, and duplicate charges

If paid access was not delivered, a core paid feature is persistently unusable, or you see a duplicate charge, contact hello@nomatravel.xyz promptly. Include your receipt, platform, app version, and a description of the issue, but never send a password or full card number. We may ask you to try restoration or troubleshooting first. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will help route the request to the seller and support any refund or remedy required by law or the seller's policy.

8. Unauthorised transactions

If you do not recognise a charge, first confirm whether a family member, another Apple or Google Account, or a different receipt email was used. Then contact the seller shown on the receipt and your payment provider promptly. We may suspend affected access while a fraud or chargeback investigation is pending. This does not limit any lawful right to dispute an unauthorised transaction.

9. Processing an approved refund

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method by the seller. Bank and store processing times vary, and taxes or exchange-rate differences may be handled by the seller or financial institution. Refunded access may end immediately and associated paid entitlements, add-ons, or credits may be removed. A refund does not by itself delete your Noma account or cancel another active subscription.

10. Abuse and chargebacks

A request may be declined where permitted by law if there is evidence of fraud, material misuse, repeated refund abuse, or manipulation of payment protections. Contact the seller or Noma support before filing a chargeback where practical so the issue can be investigated quickly. Nothing here restricts a lawful chargeback or mandatory consumer remedy.

11. Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be waived, including remedies for digital services that are not supplied, materially defective, not as described, or unfit for their stated purpose. If applicable law or the seller's checkout terms give you greater protection than this policy, the greater protection applies.

12. Contact and policy changes

For help identifying the correct seller or documenting a problem, email hello@nomatravel.xyz with “Refund” in the subject. We aim to respond within two business days, but the store or payment provider controls its own decision and timing. We may update this policy as products, sellers, or law changes. The version in effect on the transaction date applies unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
